  1. Once the accurate information is furnished the request will be validated upon the payment of Rs. 2500.00/- for foreign universities and Rs. 2000.00/- for qualifications offered by Non state Higher Educational Institutes.

  2. Applicants should submit a copy of the Degree/Diploma/Provisional and/or any other relevant certificate or Transcripts attested by a Justice of Peace/ Attorney-at-Low/Grama Niladhari upon the collection of the Letter of Recognition.

  3. Please furnish accurate, valid information and contact details to facilitate in future correspondence.

  4. Payments made for the Letter of Recognition of the qualifications/Institutes which are not recognized by the UGC will not be refunded.
